Directions & Transport

The Incheon International Airport, in the city of Incheon, is the biggest and main international airport in Korea. It is an about 60-minute car ride to Korea University. It costs you about US$40 for regular taxi and US$60 for deluxe taxi. Taxi fares from Incheon International Airport to Korea University are quite expensive. Since Seoul subways are not directly connected to the Incheon Airport, we recommend taking the Limousine Bus from the airport and transferring to a taxi at a bus stop near the university.

  * Limousine Bus

For Dobong and Gangbook bound buses, you can catch them at the 3B or 10B bus stops at Inchon airport. The bus fare is 13,000 won. Buses operate at 20 ~ 40 minute intervals from 6 AM till 10 PM. Get off at the Korea University stop. It takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. This bus also stops at the hotel Holiday Inn (the next stop after KU station).

To take an airport limousine bus from the airport,

1. Exit Gate 3 or 10

2. Buy limousine bus tickets at the tick office, bound for Dobong/Gangbuk

  (Tickets can be purchased both inside and outside of the airport).

3. Board a bus bound for Dobong/Gangbuk/Seongdong at the bus stop 3B or 10B.
